This thing gets seriously loud. The amplifier built-in to this speakers set's subwoofer is rated at 200 Watts continuous output (yes 200 Watts - and we're talking REAL watts here, not some measly PMPO rating). Ha :) IMPORTANT! A 5.1 capable sound card is necessary for 5.1 audio support. This is more of a desktop pc accessory, but will work in stereo with laptops. This system uses stereo mini din connection to work as intended. The mini din can be bypassed using a digital audio converter. This pre-owned system is in great working condition and excellent cosmetic condition. It has been cleaned and sanitized. There are some very, very minor scuffs and blemishes on the outside of the cabinet and on satellite speakers. The center channel has a dent on the front of the metal grill. However, this does not affect it's functionality at all. Please see my photos.
